1-give reason:-in fasciola,diagnosis by stool
examination is repeated.[/size][size=16]-to differentiate between true & false fasciolasis.
2-in fasciola,seriological test is more useful.
-to detect true & false fascioliasis.
-in early stage,there is no eggs to detect.
-avoid intermittent absence of eggs in stool.
3-give reason:-water from rever is preserved for 48 hours.
-because cercaria die after this time.
4-give reason:-there is malignancy in urinary bladder not in colon in schistosoma.
-as eggs secrete B glucuronidase+tryptophan from urine=carcinogenic ulcer.
5-give reason:-seriological test is more important for diagnosis of schistosoma.
-detect early infection.
-detect late infection.
-detect ectopic infection.
6-give reason:-Control of schistosoma haematobium is easer than mansoni.
-Because,there is no reservoir host in schistosoma haematobium but present in mansoni.
7-Differentiate bet. Miracidium,Coracidium.

-because it may cause autoinfection by its eggs,leading to cystecercosis that cause clinical manifestation to brain and heart.
Whil taenia saginata eggs dont hatch in small intestine of man.
13-factors affecting cysticercosis
1-allergic reaction(+ve/-ve).
2-viability of larva causing reaction.
3-organ affected.
4-numbers of larva.
14-Differentiate between unilocular – multilocular –oessus hydatid cyst???

15-give reason:-Niclosamide is given 5 days in treatment of H.NaNa.
-as Niclosamide not absorbed cant kill larva
-full dose(1day to kill adult).
-half dose(5days to kill larva when formed to adult).
16-Mention methods of infection of H.NaNa.
-direct,from man to man.
-contaminated food.
-autoinfection(external,internal).
17- Mention mode of infection of H.Diminuta to man.
-when eating adult rat flea,while it get infected when it was larva.
18- Mention mode of infection D.Caninum to man.
-when eating adult dog flea during closed contact with dog(playing)
19-Mention diseases caused by closed contact to dogs.
-coneureus cerebralis cyst.
-hydatid disease.

20-Mention parasite common in children.
